Cancellation, Late, No Show Policies

Thanks for visiting our site . When you book on our site, please be advised that all bookings require full pre-payment.  I understand things happen & some things are beyond our control.  My full pre-payment is to stop no-shows.  If I offered you a discount, please contact me directly at 901-310-5144  (via text).  I will make the necessary adjustments. ***Please understand that all sales are final!***There will be NO-REFUNDS!  If you paid in full & missed your appointment…(please understand you will still be required to pre-payment for your next service

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

 

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling for all services. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Groupon

**If you are a groupon client and you cancel the day of your appointment your groupon will be redeemed."  If you are a no call/no show your groupon will be redeemed and you will have to pay full price for any future services.  

No-Show Policy

If you are a no call no show and want to reschedule your appointment you must book on line and pay before any services are received.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session time. We will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.  Feel free to contact us to confirm your appointment time.

 


Tardiness Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances clients who arrive 10 minutes late will not be seen and will have to reschedule.  No exceptions
