Booking + Payment Policy

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
This policy is in place to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

We get it—life happens. But time is valuable, and so is your spot. Pre-payment ensures serious clients only.

Received a discount?
If I offered you a special rate, please text me directly at 901-310-5144 before booking so I can apply the adjustment.

All sales are final.
No refunds. No exceptions.

If you miss your appointment, your payment is forfeited, and your next service will still require full pre-payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Less than 24 hours? No refund.

  • Day-of cancellation? No refund.

  • No call / no show? No refund.

No-Show Policy

If you’re a no call / no show, you must rebook online and pay in full before any service will be performed.

Tardiness Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare.

Running late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you’ll need to reschedule. No exceptions.
